A critical component of the Junior League of Greensboro’s mission is to provide comprehensive and innovative training opportunities that equip our members to serve as civic leaders and advocates tackling critical issues. Every JLG member receives training throughout her time in the League–from tools to be an impactful volunteer to training courses in leadership skills. Through these member development initiatives, we are able to amplify our impact in the Greensboro community through program volunteers, board leadership, community awareness, and public engagement.
